STEVE taught Art and Design for 36 years in Secondary and Prep Schools and trained as a fine artist (painting and printmaking) gaining a B.Ed(Hons) in 1977. He retired in the summer of 2014 after a brief period of part-time teaching.

 

At present he is investigating various printmaking techniques including monotype, etching and solarplate, working from drawings and photographs concentrating mainly on shape and pattern through landscape.

 

Steve has been developing and exploring his own ideas at the South Hill Park print studio since 2011, during which time  has exhibited at various venues.
